Smoky Peach BBQ Ribs with an Optional Infused Finishing Glaze
Backyard BBQs start with Ribs and Friends.
George Clooney (aka Danny Ocean): “Rule number one of barbecue: nobody but me touches these ribs.”
Brad Pitt (aka Rusty Ryan): (already chewing a peach slice): “These? I thought you meant the peaches.”
Don Cheadle (aka Basher Tarr): “We’ve been outside for thirty seconds, and we’ve already lost control. Stupid tossers.”
Danny: “Low and slow,” he says, as he brushes olive oil across the ribs.
Rusty: “Fast and hungry,” Rusty says, as he pops another peach into his mouth.
Basher: “I’m surrounded by professionals… allegedly.” Yeah, right, he thinks.
Danny: “Please, pass me the finishing glaze.” He takes another swig of his ayrloom, Honey Crisp THC-infused drink. “Ah, that’s good.”
Rusty: “The regular one or the special one? Hey, Ted Nugent will want to know when it’s time to collect my shirt. Should I call before or after the grease stains?”
Basher: “The Special One, you wanker. Finally. A question worth answering. And Ted wants it before, you twit. You should call him now.”
