A Personal Note from Cynthia

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that education should never stop and purpose doesn’t come with an expiration date.

Many people believe the cannabis industry is only for younger generations. I disagree. Some of the most valuable skills in this industry come from decades of life experience, professional knowledge, leadership, customer service, caregiving, problem-solving, and perseverance.

Whether you’re 25, 55, 65, or beyond, there is still room to learn, grow, contribute, and build something meaningful.

As part of my own journey, I completed the New York State Medical Cannabis Course and continue to pursue additional cannabis workforce training and certifications. Every course reminds me that learning creates opportunity, and opportunity doesn’t care how old you are.

Age is not a limitation. It is experience.
