(And Why It’s NOT The Weed)

What’s Wrong? Where Have You Been?

Let’s stop pretending this is confusing. I’m not real nice and I might offend some of ya’ll. Tough. I will tell you like I see it. Nothing sugar coated.

 Cannabis pricing is falling.
 Competition is everywhere.
 Consumers aren’t loyal.
 Margins are thin.
 Brands are panicking.

Everyone wants to blame the market.

Wrong target.

What’s Actually Broken

  1. The novelty is gone
Legal weed isn’t rebellious anymore. It’s retail. Once something becomes normal, it lives or dies by experience, perception, and trust, not shock value.
  2. Everyone sells the same promise
    “Fire.”
    “Premium.”
    “Top shelf.”
Cool. So does the dispensary across the street. And the one two exits away.
  3. Your website is a brochure, not a sales engine
Most cannabis sites explain products but don’t position brands. They sit there quietly while traffic leaks out the back door.
  4. SEO is ignored or misunderstood
If Google doesn’t understand who you are, what you sell, and why you matter, neither will customers. Harsh but accurate.
  5. Content is random or nonexistent
Posting once in a while is like watering a plant once a season and calling it farming.

The hard truth:
The weed didn’t become boring.
Your brand stopped earning attention.
